اقيم اليوم الاحد الموافق 2022/5/29 حيث تم الترحيب بالطلاب من منسق الجودة بالقسم وتعريف الطلاب على القسم ومن ثم التعريف بطبيعة البرنامج الدراسي كما قدم منسق الدراسة والامتحانات عرضاً توضيحياً ضم اهم اللوائح المعمول بها وكيفية سير الإجراءات وقنوات التواصل وكذلك تطرق منسق الجودة الى طرق تقديم الشكاوي والمقترحات كما تم التأكيد على دور الطلاب في إثراء الجودة وصنع القرارات و تحفيزهم بالقسم وتم حثهم على استلام نسخ عن مستنداتهم الفصلية
