إلى جانب الجلسات العلمية والنشاط الأكاديمي الذي ميز المؤتمر ، كانت هناك مناشط مصاحبه تخللت فترة انعقاده من بينها زيارة المشاركين للمدينة الأثرية صبراتة تم من خلالها الاطلاع على الموروث الاثري العالمي والتعريف بالحضارات المتعاقبة على المدينة للمشاركين المحليين والدوليين، وكذلك من ضمن المناشط المصاحبة إقامة مأدبة عشاء جماعية بحضور المشاركين في المؤتمر والتي اقيمت على رمال شواطئ تليل صبراتة تخللتها فقرات تنشيطية وترفيهيه
وتأتي هذة المناشط كترويح عن النفس وإراحة المشاركين من ضغط الجلسات وأعمال المؤتمر بشكل عام، وكذلك لزيادة التواصل أكثر والتعارف بين المشاركين .
