اختتام فعاليات الملتقى المغاربي الدولي الثاني لمؤتمر علوم وتقنيات التحكم وهندسة المعلومات الذي نظمته كلية الهندسة صبراتة خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 25 مايو الجاري 2022م

بعد ثلاثة أيام متتالية من الجلسات العلمية والعروض التقديمية والمداخلات والمشاركات الداخلية والخارجية وعلى فترتين صباحية ومسائية اختتمت مساء اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 25 مايو 2022م بمركب تليل فعاليات الملتقى المغاربي الدولي الثاني لمؤتمر علوم وتقنيات التحكم وهندسة المعلومات الذي نظمته كلية الهندسة صبراتة تحت رعاية اكبر منظمة عالمية في تطوير وابتكار احدث التقنيات في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية ( IEEE ) مقرها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
حيث شارك في المؤتمر 821 باحث من 27 دولة ، كما استقبل المؤتمر عدد 271 ورقة قبلت منها 147 ورقة بحثية بنسبة قبول 54٪
شارك في تقييم الورقات 210 مقيم منهم 132 من خارج ليبيا ، وتضمنت فعاليات المؤتمر 28 جلسة علمية بين الحضور الشخصي وعن بعد ، ألقيت فيها 144 ورقة
تركزت الاوراق في مجملها على هندسة الحاسوب ونظمه وهندسة شبكات الاتصالات ونظمها وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات، وهندسة القوى الكهربائية ونظم التحكم الآلي ، ومعالجة الإشارات ، والصور ، والطاقات المتجددة ، والتعليم الالكتروني وغيرها من الاوراق التي حملت عناوين في مجال تقنية التحكم وهندسة الحاسوب
كما تضمنت فعاليات المؤتمر ستة جلسات لمتحدثين من خارج ليبيا و ورشة خاصة بمساهمة العلم المفتوح وانترنت الاشياء في التنمية المستدامة
ومن خلال فعاليات المؤتمر انبثقت حزمة من التوصيات ذكرت في اليوم الختامي للمؤتمر من بينها:
1-تبني بعض الأفكار الواردة في بعض الأوراق
البحثية التي تعالج مشاكل التوليد والنقل
2-تطوير مظالم الألياف الضوئية للاتصالات بالدولة
الليبية بما يتوائم مع متطلبات الجيل الخامس والسادس
3-وضع آلية للاستفادة من نتائج الأوراق العلمية
المقبولة في مجال التعلم الالكتروني
4-تحديث القوانين والتشريعات وتطوير البنية
التحتية والبحثيه في العلم المفتوح وانترنت
الاشياء بما يساهم في تحقيق مبدأ التنمية
المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من التوصيات التي
ذكرها والتأكيد عليها لأهميتها لتحقيق التطور
التقني
وبالإضافة إلى حضور عدد من رؤساء الجامعات والوكلاء والمشاركين ورئيس المؤتمر ورؤساء واعضاء اللجان المنظمه للمؤتمر ، شهد الحفل الختامي كذلك حضور السيد عميد بلدية صبراتة الذي أثنى في كلمته على الجهود المبذولة في هذا الملتقى واهميته والأهداف المرجوه منه ، وكذلك حضور ممثلي الشركات المشاركة في المعرض التقني المصاحب للمؤتمر والجهات الداعمة والراعيه للمؤتمر
هذا واختتمت مراسم الحفل الختامي بتوزيع شهائد المشاركة وشهائد الشكر والتقدير لأعضاء اللجان المشرفة والجهات والمؤسسات الراعية والداعمه وكل من ساهم في إقامة ونجاح المؤتمر الذي ستحتضن جامعة بنغازي نسخته الثالثة خلال العام القادم.
Conclusion of the events of the Second Moroccan International Meeting of the Conference of Science, Control Technologies and Information Engineering organized by the College of Engineering Sabratha from 23 to 25 May 2022 AD ،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،، After three consecutive days of scientific sessions, presentations, inputs, internal and external entries, and two morning and evening periods, I concluded this evening, Wednesday, May 25, 2022 AD, with the event of the Second Moroccan International Conference for Science and Technology. Ruling and Information Engineering organized by Sabratha Engineering College under the auspices of the largest global organization in development Innovation of the latest technologies in the field of electrical and electronic engineering (IEEEE) based in the United States of America Where 821 researchers from 27 countries participated in the conference, the conference also received a number of 271 papers, 147 research papers accepted with a 54% acceptance rate Participated in the evaluation of papers 210 residents of which 132 are from outside Libya, the conference events included 28 scientific sessions between in-person and remotely, in which I threw 144 papers The papers entirely focused on computer engineering, its system, communication networks engineering and its system, IT and communication technology, electrical power engineering and automation control systems, signal processing, images, renewable energies, electronic education and other papers that were downloaded from us Wayne in the field of control technology and computer engineering Events of the conference also included six sessions for speakers from outside Libya and a workshop on the contribution of open science and the Internet of Things in sustainable development. Through the events of the conference, a package of recommendations emerged mentioned on the closing day of the conference, among them: 1-Adopt some ideas in some paper Research that addresses fertility and transportation issues 2-Development of optical fiber injustices for state communications Libyan in accordance with the requirements of the fifth and sixth generation 3- Setting up a mechanism to benefit from the results of scientific papers Accepted in the field of e-learning 4-Update the laws, legislation and infrastructure development Infrastructure and research in open science and internet Things that contribute to the achievement of development principle Sustainable, plus a number of recommendations that Reminding it and reaffirming it’s importance for development Technology In addition to the presence of a number of university presidents, agents, participants, the president of the conference, presidents and members of the organizing committees of the conference, the closing ceremony was also witnessed by the presence of Mr. Dean of Sabratha Municipality, who in his speech praised the efforts made in this meeting, its importance and desired objectives. Also the presence of representatives of companies participating in the accompanying technical exhibition FOR THE CONFERENCE AND SPONSORS AND SPONSORS OF THE CONFERENCE The closing ceremony concluded by distributing the martyrs of participation and witnesses of thanks and appreciation to the members of the supervising committees, entities, sponsor institutions and supporting institutions and all those who contributed to the organization and success of the conference, which will embrace the third edition of Benghazi University next year
